This session is designed to accomplish 4 tasks:
The building blocks: What starting steps should principals take to ensure NCStar serves and benefits their school?
What best practices should school leaders use when setting the direction for the 24-25 school year?
Planning from the beginning: Using Key Indicators to increase school performance (what universal steps should all principals take when building key indicator targets, action steps, and systems to monitor progress?
For this, we would like to use the new (24-25) district wide Key Indicator C2.01 as an example during the presentation.
Time to answer general questions regarding setup, organization and scope/sequence of steps within NCStar
