This interactive session will focus on maximizing relationships with classified staff in your buildings. Participants will discover how to inspire and motivate others, foster a postive and inclusive work environment and assist classified staff in your buildings with developing leadership skills. By the end of the course, participants will be able to empower staff in their buidlings to achieve their full potential.
